Classy Mantel Clocks

The girlfriend and I are going through the transition of moving in together, and we're compromising on a lot. One of the things I put my foot down about was my office... aka the "guest bedroom". At least, she wanted a guest bedroom. I vetoed that one, and used up all my... veto-powers on that one room. Ah well, it'll be worth it. I'm going through now and picking up a seth thomas mantel clock for the shelf thats directly across from my desk. The desk is going to be shit - the desk doesn't matter though. I'll spend $50 on a bare-bones desk, and then drop $700 on the best chair I can get my hands on. The chairs really all that matters... the desk just needs to have legs and a flat surface. The chair is what I'm going to be sittin in for hours on end. Thoughts?

MMA Heavyweights Heat Up

The UFC is becoming more popular than ever, and with the athletes becoming bigger and stronger, the heavyweight class is becoming the most exciting. However, with all this competition, it's hard to determine the true champion. I recently read "Sorting Out The UFC Heavyweight Division", it had a lot of good points, and is definitely worth a look.

Chuck Liddell and the world of MMA

Chuck Liddell is trutly a pioneer of the new MMA. Forget guys like Shamrock and Dan Severn, Chuck was one of the first guys to truly combine marital arts disciplines. Shamrock was a brawler, with some varied knowledge, but when it came down to it, he was a bar fighter. Liddell and Randy Couture paved the way for the new MMA fighters. Who combines Strength, Speed, and Intensity with multiple disciplines throughout various martial arts. The fighters are now trutly rounded, and much more dangerous. One reason the UFC has surpassed boxing in PPV events.

Buidling a strong company through branding

In today's fast paced market, the successful companies are the ones with the most exposure. The more people a company reaches, they better chance they have in retaining them, because brand awareness is key. Another company might make a superior product, but if there branding campaign isn't up to par, then they will never be able to compete with the other major players in their industry. Customized Promotional Products are one way you can turn your companies marketing/branding campaign around. Start reaching out to new audiences through targeted messages on various products, it's guaranteed you can find some niche to reach out to. The plan then switches to your advertising.

Cheerleading & Stretching

Cheerleading has been a passion of mine for quite some time now. I always loved to goto the games and be actively involved within the overall atmosphere. I really enjoyed being on the field or court, right next to the action and cheering my team on. It was an adrenaline rush, and it was a really good workout. And, just like any other sport, cheerleading doesn't happen overnight. You need to practice to get better. For me, flexability has always been a key element in how I perform. If I wasn't loose enough before a game, I wouldn't be performing to the best of my ability. Luckily, I found Stretching for Cheerleading, it's an article with people like me in mind. It has a stretching routine, but with a focus around cheerleading. It's short and sweet, enjoy!
